Wa-hoo with vitamin B-1 , Squirt imitator

I wondered if anyone has seen one of these before. Wa-hoo with B-1. I found a few of these today and they are all manufactured by Reed Manufacturing between 1940-46. All are bottled by White Star Beverage in Buffalo NY. Contains Pure Grapefruit Juice and 125 International units of vitamin B-1. It had to be healthy. The bottles are all in great condition.

The bottle looks to be in great shape, but blue on a green bottle is a bad color combo in my opinion. Just not a fan.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder so they say. It is actually a very attractive bottle. I've listed it for sale on ebay and will list some more bottles, antiquarian books and perhaps a vintage (90-100 years old) Emerson of GE fan. Proceeds will be used to help fund a boy's trip to the Boundary Waters this summer.

Nice bottle, I know there are a lot of B-1 sodas out there.

I am also posting a picture of the back of my B-1 bottle ...notice that you should "Drink B-1 in that tense moment" ... Ad departments must have been working overtime for that one. My B-1 dates to 1941. It is an OI bottle made in Streator.
