Haste makes waist?
Thought someone would get a kick from seeing some of the deco embossed that I've collected that all have waists.
First photo includes the following:
Aunt Ida from Dumas, AR
Buster from Parkesrsburg WV
Double Strength Sugar Beverages...no city
Evangeline...no city. There is a smaller version, too, waisted but completely different, not just smaller.
Hi-grade Cold Blast from Los Angeles, CA...or maybe Cold Blast Hi-Grade?
Mellow Mist from Grant's Pass, OR

Enjoy these! More to follow.

Another array including:

Quality from Portland, ME
Orange Quench is Canadian
Royal Treat from Alexandria, VA
Smile from St Louis...one of five I have and typical of the brand
Sonny Boy from Dumas, AR
Squeeze from Cushing, OK

I'm not the only one that can play...add your own!

Red Fox Ginger Ale from Providence, RI
Standard is also from Providence
3 - C Nectar from Marion, VA...the 'notorious' misspelled city.
Uncle Jo has no city but great yellow ochre color o/w like it's 4 oz. cousin in amber
Wiseola has no city
World's Best Maid from New Oleans, LA

I suppose the most popular waisted bottle is the hobbleskirt Coca Cola but I like Nu-Icy, Nu-Grape and Brandmist better.

One more six pack for your evening's enjoyment includes the following:

Idaho from Lewiston, ID
Keg of Kidd's Kola from OK...this one has a fat waist instead of pinched...
Kirsch's has no city
Klassy has no city
Lakes Celery from Jackson, MS
Whale Beverages from Minneapolis, MN

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is my input on this topic, for now.
Please enjoy the images and please add some of your own.
Get waisted!

I agree with bostaurus about liking your Uncle Jo's. It's a very nice collection.

The 3C Nectar of the Gods is usually gray, I think. Mine's from Winchester and is also gray.

I am jealous of that green Aunt Ida!

In my opinion, the Mello Mist and the Quench are a couple of the coolest deco bottles ever designed.

Hey Grant,

Thanks for the Deco pulchritude. Could I make a special request for further photos of the "Orange Quench is Canadian, and Uncle Jo has no city but great yellow ochre color o/w like it's 4 oz. cousin in amber."
