Hi All

I picked this up under a year ago and absolutely love this bottle. However, it is time for me to move it on and put the money from it toward an ENGAGEMENT ring. I've started selling off bits of my collection, and will likely be selling a good portion of it except for the meds/locals & some other favorites.

I'm hesitant to sell this as I am definitely attached to it, but I'm curious what it could fetch. I have a few months before I need the cash, so I would try to get near top dollar on a buy it now. I will sell it if the price is right.

Being attached to it I am likely to ask for too much, and I need you good people to set me into reality. What is a realistic Price?

It is a near pancake english onion in excellent condition. Though the base where it makes contact with the ground is not larger than it is tall, the thick part of the bottle is definitely larger. There is a v ring applied near the lip which is in perfect condition, and the lip is in decent shape minus a few small chips. There is expected case wear along the edges and base, but I don't think this was ever in the ground. It has a deep sand pontil and stands a little over 6" tall. It is very dark, but in the light it is an olive green.

Thanks for your help on this!!!!! I cant believe I may actually be selling it....

It looks to have some good character, I think you should 'let it go' for a hundred if you can't get a better offer..

Youse guys are thinking of Dutch onions - this one is English and better (unless you want to sell it to me for a hundred:)) Think $250 plus.
