Great information link cryptic. I was sure the construction of the arrow tails had something to do with helping hold the bottle when the bottom was rotated. Some turned and pyroglazed bottles had a spotter bar on the bottom to turn the bottle or hold the bottle in a proper label printing location under the silk screen painting of multiple colored labels.
There sure a lot of information links in my collection, but it seems like you people find new ones every day. Thanks.
