What is this insulator I found?

I was at an antique show a few days ago, and found a small Mickey Mouse style insulator, but it was oddly very small. It was extremely tiny and a really nice shade of blue. It also happened to be cheap so I picked it up. I looked for it all over the internet and was able to find nothing. What I know is that it has a “w” on the front with two lines coming off the sides of the w. I think it has something to do with Wilkerson Glass Co. If anyone can help me that would be great!

Certainly a Wilkerson piece, post 1989. They made lots of these miniature insulators as novelty items.
