what is this ?

I found this at a yard sale. Lady was very old and muttered something about it, but I didn't get it. Anyone have any ideas what it is. It is about 6 inches high and 8 inches round. The stopper is about 3 inches high. Tons of air bubbles. I have tried to take some pictures I hope there is enough detail for someone to know something about it. Oh and there are two I bought them both.

Just to add, there are many air bubbles in it. I had this posted on another forum in here and only one person gave an idea as to what they thought it was. There are two of them, and they are not the same. I think that they tried to make them as a set, but they are different. I am trying to remember the house that I found these at so that I could actually go there and ask her again. My friend thought that she said tooleys, or something with that kind of ending. Maybe someone can give me some insight.

It as to be a perfume,the stem on the stopper was to apply it.
As to age its hard to say, it could be new, but it could also be very old, it is I think free blown.
It as a nice rough pontil.Maybe someone else can give you more info.
