Whiskey Decanter and some bottles?

Are most decanters and 20th century bottle invaluable? A new vendor at an local antique mall brought in a bunch of bottles for $1 each. I've tried to find this decanter online and haven't had any luck, next time I will jot down the name on the bottom.

Are the decanters on bottom shelf in the first picture ,looks like embossing on some .Would like to see better picture of those if you get a chance ,don't see any other decanters .

The decanter is the coffee grinder on the bottom. I'll rearrange them and try to get a better picture tommorrow, because several were embossed. The bottom shelf was full of modern screwtop cobalts.
