wierd green bottle

wired green bottle, my guess is a beer, and from the phillipins, since it says manilla on the bottom, along with"SUCS. dePEDOP.ROXAS.", any info would be great!

I lived in the Philippines for 3 years, (1983 to 1986) drank a lot of "San Miguel" beer, that is probably an older San Miguel beer bottle considering the SM monogram on it.

Roxas is the name of a city, "Roxas City", in the Philippines.

If you google the three words, sucs roxas manila, you end up with a bunch of links to pages related to university's over there. Can't find anything with dePEDOP.

Not sure, that doesn't look like any of the traditional Filippino dishes that I am familiar with, ie. menudo, adobo, pancit. That might be some kind of curry, they do have curry dishes that are kind of spicy but I don't eat those. The picture does not belong to me, I googled San Miguel Beer and found that.
