    Total WHATS IT

    I know what it is. It is a insulator for the coils on a electric cook top stove. I have the same exact ones on my stove. The coil ends fit in the groves and the wires feed through the opposite side. The clips just hold the two haves together. They are clear glass so if there is a problem...

    Opinions on this 1/2 Pint Flask

    There is no doubt that it is 19th century European. From a few German glass web sites I have seen them for sale. There are several variations of that flask also. I think it would be a nice addition to any collection.
