Found this bottle recently and can’t find any info on it. I believe it is from Grosse Pointe Michigan. It is most likely from the late 1890’s to 1910 I believe.
Okay here's something. They existed in 1916 and sold Nujol https://www.newspapers.com/clip/3565124/kolbe-emil-advertising/
They were there as early as 1909 https://www.newspapers.com/newspage/118648989/
Edit: and the proprietor's name was Jno W. Becker although you'll need a subscription to view this one. https://www.fold3.com/document/117997600/

I drive by Concord & Kercheval almost everyday on my Lunch Break. Maybe Tomorrow I'll drive by that spot & see if any old buildings still standing at that corner? LEON.
Well, I went by there Today. No Buildings at any of the Corners, Nothing but empty lot at 2 corners on east side & then a Park & Apartment Building at west side corner lots. Not much to see. But I'm sure the whole street was probably lined with many Buildings & Business's 100 years ago. Still a couple of old Buildings in the area & Pfeiffer Brewery & Regal Brewery still standing just a couple of Blocks away. Pic below.View attachment 214252View attachment 214253
