Carters Made in USA full quart bottle

Dug this one up 2day says carters made in usa and on the other side it says full quart. i can tell it is a BIM bottle because the seams kinda fade off an inch from the top. anyone know what was in it?

Looks like a Master Ink, they were used to fill smaller ink bottles. It would have had a paper label around it...

that is cool, i been finding smaller eh broken carters ones all over too. lol it hurts to see all them broken.....
