Due to Leon, I'm fairly sure the weird crushed metal bottles rusted into one flat shape laying in the Lake were once cans like those in the picture. Only metal items identifiable was a 1948 license plate, an old ruined sign, and some pipes.

Oh I found a couple the other day that I thought were interesting. But they are flat tops. One was Paul Bunyan lager. The other was Tudor brand. Fairly decent condition. I didn't bring them home but if you want I'll grab them next time out and send some pics. If you want them I'll send them out to ya no charge. I think they are probably 50's or sixties. They are the kind you opened with an opener. Just thought of you when I dug them.Lisa
