Dr. Bucklands's Scotch Qats Essence

Been trying to do some research on this bottle, about the only thing I can come up with is some trade cards. Bottle is amber 5¾ in. tall x 1¾ in square BIM tooled finish. Paper label only bottom is embossed THE SCOTCH OATS ESSENCE/NY. Any info on Dr. Buckland, or Company, how long he was in business, any other products or info greatly appreciated.

That address 160 Fulton St (Brooklyn) is quite familiar. The famous Radway Co was at 161 Fulton I believe.
