What a rotten shame for this one. I've never seen this form before, but I like it. Check out the jagged pontil (and the huge crack [])

Nice bottle Jim,

Here is a similar one I recovered this summer from a lake bottom, mine too is cracked (holed on two opposite corners) as it was found pinched between two rocks.
