Need ID, please

Hey guys. Got a bottle here that only says "One Quart". Can anyone identify what this could have been used for? And possibly what time period it was from? Thanks.

It's about 9" tall

It looks like a vinegar from the 30's but it could of held anything. Perhaps apple cider?

Vinegar, I would say 1925 to 1940 for a date range.

Without a label and sparkling clean, nothing I'm a afraid except it's weight in glass. Maybe in another 50 years it could go up but now it's a decorator piece.
