Im going crazy trying to find info on this bottle. Is it possible that its the only one...?

Your bottle was made in 1927 by Owens bottle Co at the plant in Huntington, West Virginia. The number to the right is the date code and the number to the left is the plant/factory code. Owens glass Co merged with Illinois bottle Co to form Owens Illinois glass company in 1929.

I'm sure they did not just make one, but it's hard to say how many are known to exist today. I have never seen one before or even heard of the company.

Likely a short-lived and obscure local product, it's not one I've heard of either. The only references to it I can find are from Louisville, but apparently the company was based out of St Louis according to this ad (which is pretty bizarre in its subject matter, looks like they paid for endorsements from five people involved in the unsuccessful attempt to rescue the trapped cave explorer Floyd Collins - I can't imagine that there's much truth in what they were saying).

Oh yeah that'll definitely be a lot harder to research things using the phone. In theory it shouldn't limit the results but it'll definitely make it a lot harder to read through the sort of websites where this sort of info is, few if any of them are optimized for mobile.

Yep, phone formatting is a challenge. I do have my best luck with windows formatting but even this can send you down unwanted worm holes.
