open pontil?CHINESE art bottle

Hi,I find this one seems like an open pontil on the base,I think it's a young bottle as the seller says it's 1950s,maybe 1970s as I know.Is this really an open pontil?Thank you.

Not an "open" pontil scar, which is created by using a blow-pipe as the pontil rod. This is merely a glass pontil scar, common on art glass where the artisan seeks to leave a minimum scar.

open pontil is a very sharp edge to the ring of glass .

Just as hard crack edge?I thought every pontil scar with a hole is an open pontil...
