Going to be hard to identify much about this one. I imagine this was probably a soda given the shape, and maybe a sample/small size one (based on the squatness of the bottle). Nothing on the base jumps out to me as providing much information, but some others might know more.

I don't recognize the maker's mark. Presumably it's from somewhere that uses the metric system, so probably a non-North American glassmaker. I'm not familiar with many of those.
