I make a passable Swedish Rye with or without the machine... Actually, I broke the one our Nephew gave us... I misread the recipe and didn't put enough liquid in... Stripped the little paddle!! But if you follow directions, and even ad lib carefully, you get a funky lookin' but quite good tasting hunk of manna...

Yeah, I ordered a new machine... That's how bad it is...

Hey, Richard...

The new machine came last eve... I have a batch of yogurt bread (made with my own buttermilk starter and Margaret's own homemade Greek yogurt, of course) in the thing right now... Will report back soon... The real test will be if it handles my Swedish Limpa for Turkey Day on the morrow...
