What’s this type of historical flask called?

For the life of me I can’t remember what style of flask this is called. Note how the shoulder joins the body. Can anyone refresh my memory?! Thanks as always.

That's the style where the neck looks like it has "oozed" onto the body? I don't see many historical flasks in Utah so pardon my ignorance.
