I would say it is a modern peice of art glass.It's lip and form are not consistent with old bottles.Most drugstore displays would be clear glass to clearly show the contents inside.$13 is still a good price for a handblown peice of glass for the shelf.Take care,Doug

That sure is a beautiful piece. While I am certainly no expert on this type of glass, I would also think maybe a Blenko or other art glass piece. I love that color! ~Jim

I now think it may be mid to late 20th century too, but I don't think it is Blenko. There are absolutely thousands of small to medium size bubbles in the glass which I haven't seen in Blenko (maybe I haven't seen enough [:)] ).

Looks like it may have been blown by an apprentice but what's puzzling is the kick-up which indicates to me it may have been a fancy wine bottle.

Found in the UK by the way.
