Old beer bottle porcelain top with hinge - help?

Old coke bottle NDNR - help

Thanks for the info - do you know if the gold paint is original or not? If not original, I'll remove it (it comes off fairly easily). I only paid 50 cents for this bottle so even if get $5 on EB, I'll still be ahead of the game. Thanks again!

Thanks, everyone, for all of your help! The "not to be sold" words are written on two lines. The words regarding K. Hutter are only on the bottom of the porcelain stopper - they are not on the bottom of the bottle. The bottom of the bottle does not have any writing. I am probably going...
