possible repair on eBay?

An obvious replaced top. Cut off neck is peeking out over top of slid over new top. Pin test? Epoxy hasn't been used in years. Try hyxtal. Notice last picture of top is completely out of focus. Make your own decision there is no neck.

Thank you Morbious fod, (thought I was challenged for a while). Yes, I have been through; 3, log in / password changes over time. But, since I am trying to dig a new town I needed some info PDQ. There are lots of sites on Google, but not one has had a log in / password that would currently work...
