Dug this up in Northampton, Mass. At first, I thought it was a rubber floor mat, but closer inspection proved otherwise. It is a comic book printing plate titled, "SPEEDY RABBIT." It is a reverse image of the cover. It is roughly from 1963. I believe it is one-of-a kind, therefore maybe...

All I found Today was this insulator. I found it first thing and threw it aside. But then I found nothing else all day. After hours of worrying if I'd have anything to post on the website, I went back and picked it up. Hey, what do you know? IT'S EMBOSSED!!
Anybody know how old it could...
Unfortunately, I only usually get one shot at a certain area. Once I do my work, I can't go digging it back up. But, rest assured that if I find any indication of glass, ash, etc., I check the area thoroughly.

Didn't even have to work for it. Looked down and there it was. It made my day.
It is in great condition, I'll have to try to clean it well. Dirt shows up easily on white glass.
Here are the others...
1. Baker's flavoring extract
2. Dr. hooker's cough and croup syrup
3. murine eye remedy co. chicago
4. glyco thymoline
5. glyco thymoline (same words different shape)
Found a few bottles today. I think this one is the best. I've never found one like it.
"JNO SULLIVAN"
"PHARMACIST"
"BOSTON"
Any guess on age or value? Post the rest later.
Thanks,
-Andy
Hey petty, I found about 7 excavations, all with bottles and other glass all around them. The 7 spots were over a very large area(75x75)-none larger than 4Lx4Wx1D.
Bottles everywhere.......
here's another pic.
