I might be way off, but could this be a homeopathic vial?
Maybe late 1920's? (Probably way off on date also.)
It's 5" tall and around 1.5" at base.
Any info would be great.
Thanks,
Hey,
Thanks for the poster!! I didn't see that when I was looking for info.
I found this bottle twice. Many years ago and then a couple weeks ago in the shed.
Didn't have to dig it out of the mud this time.
From what I've read it was made in Norfolk, VA between 1896 and 1918 by Consumers Brewing Co.
Their description says:
Aqua
Pint
Champagne
Aluminum Seal Blob
Private Mold
"REGISTERED // E H E CO" on back at heel
Just wondering if anyone has ever seen or had one. And... I thought this was...
Yes, I'm right there with you on that. It's definitely a collectible, at least in my mind.
That's interesting, especially about the 9.5 oz's.
Great information, I really appreciate it.
Hello All,
Maybe Horseradish?? I couldn't find anything online that looks exactly like it.
It's 8" tall and has eight sides.
No glass marks on bottle. Could this be late 1800's??
Hello DavidW,
Thank you very much for the reply.
I think you answered every question that I had, and then some.
I probably have 100+ bottles that I collected when I was growing up. It looks like it's going to be very interesting going through the rest of them.
Awesome info.
THANKS
