some people always complain!!!!

Always respond in Kindness, they really hate that! Negs on ebay are like taxes, you are always going to get them no matter how hard you try to avoid it. If they leave you a neg, reply with factual statements and be honest, but don't be hateful---you come out the better person. Good Luck. JOHN

Hi Mike, Woody has seen the bottle and he would better be able to tell you what those lines are in the neck (I think). I do know there are no chips or cracks on the bottle. I would sell it for $1050.00, but like woody says, all she sees are dollars signs. She does not "Need" to sell it so...
