Here are some keepers from the last few days of digging. The Druggist are a local Milwaukee, Chicago and Toledo, OH. The Hutch is a Veth & Hayek, the Blob is a E. Klinkert but in a different shape that I have seen. The Cobalt is a Lactopeptine from the New York Pharmical Co.
Here is a pic of the bottles we pulled today. Some Local Meds, inkers, crown beers, a rare broke hutch[:(] and our first embossed Whiskey. Nothing to special but some nice bottles.
The whole bottle is embossed with a flower design. It is a crude screw top and the bottom is very unusual looking. Any info on this thing would be great.....thanks for looking.
Went out for a few hours today and got a few. The few that I did get were worth it. Left to right...Brandenburg and Gloede Racine, WI hutch, P.C. Remington Bismark, North Dakota (Rare) and a Very Rare Pfister & Mutter Racine, WI (they only made these for a year)
Went out today in high hopes of finding ... J.H. Bowers big brother :( Well, that didn't happen. Because of my mind being set I was kinda disappointed. Found a couple odds and ends. Weber Bros ... Three Star Nurser ... E.Klinkert (Blobs & Crowner) ... Root Mason ... and a few others! I dug up...
So we went out my dad went out digging today and pulled out some killer bottles. The heart breaker is a Quart John H. Bower Transitional Hutch. Got it home, let it get to room temp, then started cleaning it and baaaaaaammmmm. It cracks from shoulder to heal. ahhhhhh Lame. Heart broken for...
So I new that this 1894 Carters ink was pretty cool and then I saw there is a Dark Yellow Green Carters that is pretty rare. I can't tell the difference. Maybe I can get a some input from everyone on what they think.
I have been searching around and can't seem to find anything on this Bottle. Sorry the picture is bad, my camera battery just died. It is embossed on the Shoulder CY-CO. Tonic and has an FCW with a 1 under it on the bottom. Thanks in advance.
I have a Wolf's Cough Syrup Bottle that I can't find anything about it. On one side it says Standard MNFG.CO and on the other Peoria, ILL. Below The name Wold's Cough Syrup on the Front it says, "A Short Stop For Coughs". The seem stops just below the lip and the neck is slightly bent. Any Info...
