I have been searching around and can't seem to find anything on this Bottle. Sorry the picture is bad, my camera battery just died. It is embossed on the Shoulder CY-CO. Tonic and has an FCW with a 1 under it on the bottom. Thanks in advance.

Hey 3D,

I suspect that is FGW:

"F.G.W……………..Fairmount Glass Works/Company, Fairmount, IN (1889-1906) & Indianapolis, IN (c.1906-1968). Mark used from c.1898 to about 1920? (See “F†and “F-in-a-hexagon†marks.)" From the "New & Improved" Glass Bottle Marks, thanks to David Whitten.

You would be correct on the Glass maker. Where this bottle was found makes me wonder if it was a pre-patent bottle. The CGW on the bottom is like the one pictured on the Glass Maker Website. This would be one of the first amber bottles we found with writing on.

Location
Frederick, MD.
that isnt really a patent its just a name trade mark registration.
I think companies would re-apply for that every so often or when something changed..

ahhh ok. That makes sense. Cause where this bottle was in the dumb doesn't match very well with that Pat. date.
