    my DH actually brought up the wasted space, but I really loved the shelf so we got it. I will see what he thinks, we had discussed that when we buy a bigger house to put it in the front room, but the longer it's in my office, I'm thinking I wont be giving it up :)

    Probably, I found an amber one on ebay with the label still on it and it's a prune juice and has juice and water one alternate sides.

    I know these are too 'modern' for alot of our bottle collector, but they are kinda kitschy so I like them. Has anyone ever seen a clear version of this bottle? I have a green and an amber but cant find a clear exactly the same. Found clear ones that have the same 'water/juice' embossing but...

    Sent a little bit a couple days ago, starting work again (after 5+ months unemployed) so I will pitch in more then...I love this site, it's very helpful and I have learned ALOT in a short amount of time :)

    Please help with this bottle deal!!

    I'm still new to the bottle thing, but I can tell you I wouldnt even think about those. I can recognize a honey jar (the bear jar, still sold in stores around here), what looks like an apple juice jar (still sold today) and alot of those look like decorator jars sold at Hobby Lobby to me...

    That definitely sounds depression era to me, they didnt waste anything...that or a back-woods down south type cookbook, they still dont waste anything either, from what my DH says, and I know around here, eating squirrel isnt too unusual

    Several of them are, I actually started my jar 'addiction' by finding odd and different jars in the boxes of working jars (thats what I call them) off of Craigslist.

    I like it, I have a few jars that look more blue than aqua to me, but either way it's a neat jar, I don't have one like that so I'm thinking I might have to buy it :)

    Does this look light blue or aqua? I think it's light blue. Also, I'm thinking RB10 #628, its a quart and the lid says Cohansey Glass Manuf. Co. Philada PA Patented July 16th 1872
