Correction... Looking at the lip of the bottle again. I think what I thought was a "D" is just a small imperfection running along the seam. I didn't notice at first but there is a larger letter which appears to be a "G" on one side, and what looks like "59" on the other side.

It appears to be a "D" so a pretty late one (1958). Do you know if that book you posted the Glenshaw Glass codes page from is available for purchase anywhere?

The one on the left is marked 1360, then there is a G with a box around it, and a 2 The green one on the right is very hard to make out but all I see is a very faded LCW (or LGW)
