    Goodwill Vancouver island bottle wanted

I think I have two of those bottles and I could part with one. I will try to get some pictures and see how much the shipping would be. I’m in Minnesota btw so that might limit the options Joe Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The Rest of My 7Up Collection

Amazing collection! Is your reversed color bottle an Armstrong? Have you ever seen the reversed colors on any other size bottles besides the 7oz? What countries are included in your collection? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Soda Bottles

I’d love to see more pics of the 7up bottle. What is the writing on the back and any markings on the bottom. Great find! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    7oz 7up 1954-1979

Hi MM43, nice bottle! The ones from the 1940s and 50s typically had city names, and the use tapered off by the 1960s. So far 1967 is the latest we have seen. Do you have anything from 1967 or later? Sent from my SM-G781U using Tapatalk

    Some MN and WI bottles

Not really milk bottle collector, but have picked up a few if they were cheap. There's a Franklin Coop half pint, Silver Seal Meadow Gold half pint, Clover Dairy quart, Oak Park Dairy quart, Yoerg quart, one marked A Bottle of Milk is a Bottle of Health that is a pint, and a Norris Creameries...

    7oz 7up 1954-1979

Nice Iggy, that's really interesting. Maybe someone at Armstong just got the colors mixed up [emoji28] Do you have any other Armstrong 7up bottles with normal ACLs? Has anyone seen the reversed ACL on any other size bottle? Sent from my SM-G781U using Tapatalk

    7oz 7up 1954-1979

I checked my garage stash that I haven't inventoried yet and found a 1967 from Jefferson City, MO. So far it is only Liberty Glass from Missouri that had named bottles after 1965. Sent from my SM-G781U using Tapatalk

    Unusual 7up Back

Fantastic, thank you! I've seen the first article, The Other Side of the Story, but not this one. Going to go read it right now Sent from my SM-G781U using Tapatalk

    Unusual 7up Back

Went to an antique store that has a bunch of 7up bottles stored outside. Dug through a box covered in spiderwebs and dodged the spider that was running around underneath the bottles. Found another bottle with the unusual back, and this one was made by Glenshaw Glass. I thought the letter on the...

    Mini Bottle collection

Picked these up today from a lady on Craigslist. She said her dad collected them on trips back in 40s through 60s. All the beer and soda bottles are marked as coming from Bill's Specialty of Milwaukee except the Blatz and Ballantine. The alcohol bottles are probably from hotels or airlines. One...

    WTS Selling my collection

Any bottles from Minnesota or Wisconsin? Maybe some more close up pictures of each shelf would help. Thanks! Sent from my SM-G781U using Tapatalk

    7oz 7up 1954-1979

Great research! What is the latest one you've seen that lists a city on the back? I have a 1965. I am putting together a list of cities that I've found on 7up bottles. So far I have a little over 300 including Canadian ones. I will try to post it in this forum, but I'm not quite sure how...

The Unofficial Mason's Root Beer History Thread

I just started a post with my Mason's bottle before I saw this one. Doh! Maybe that post can be deleted. This one is a 1948 that does not say Old Fashioned anywhere and does not have a yellow square behind the logo. Sent from my SM-G781U using Tapatalk

Is this an unusual Mason's Root Beer variation?

All the other Mason's I've seen have a yellow square background to the label. Sent from my SM-G781U using Tapatalk

    Unusual 7up Back

OK, I lied, I have this weird one that appears to be dated 1953 and says Lithium. It is also strange that it doesn't have a makers mark, but it looks like Owens Illinois style codes. Also not stippled on the base. Sent from my SM-G781U using Tapatalk

    Unusual 7up Back

I can't find any posts with Cecil Muncey's 7up book, does anyone have a link? I'd really like to see it. Sent from my SM-G781U using Tapatalk

    Unusual 7up Back

The only ones I've seen that say Lithium instead of Lithia were dated 1949. Were they trying to get around a new law banning lithia in drinks? Sent from my SM-G781U using Tapatalk

    7up oddities

Here are a few unusual bottles in my collection. First up is one with Lithium in the ingredients which I think was only from 1949, but it appears to have a 1953 date. Can't see a manufacturers mark. Next is a 1953 dated from Spokane that is marked Durrglas or Burrglas instead of Duraglas. And...
