    WOLD'S SODA - LEMONT, ILLINOIS

It looks like a 7+ oz bottle so here's a little information. It's a 1960, which should be found on the bottom. In pristine condition it would be worth $15.00+. I'll post if I find out anymore. Trish

    Tumbled bottles turning translucent gray

I don't know if Arizona has bentonite. But Wyoming has a lot and it has high concentrations of aluminum. If the bottles you are cleaning have a bentonite residue it could be binding with the aluminum oxide. Bentonite resists liquids (water) and with heat could harden on to the glass...

A stag maybe? Good drawing though. [8D] Did you do that on Microsoft "Paint"? You're good if you did! There's a guy from England I think on this forum I wish I could remember who he was and we could ask him. Trish

"Brockway Glass Company, Brockway, PA. Most bottles I have seen with the cursive "Brockway" marking, usually embossed on the base, seem to date from the 1950's-1970's, although I do not know the exact period of use of this mark." From the web site: http://myinsulators.com xxxii= 32 roman...

    Bunch of bottles

I believe that is a K in a hexagon (6 sides?). That would make it Kimble Glass Company, Vineland, NJ. 1905-date. Plant was purchased by Owens-Illinois in 1946, now known as Kimble/Kontes, a subsidiary of the Gerresheimer Group, Dusseldorf, Germany. With the cork top it's probably earlier...

    Fake paper label beer bottles

Sometimes the maker's mark on the bottom of the bottles are a better indication of age than the label. There is a web site http://myinsulators.com that has a lot of good information on maker's marks. Trish
