    hi all, I just found what I'm pretty sure will end up being a great old texas saloon flask, bought at a local flea market yesterday - embossed J.H. PATTON - AMARILLO, TEXAS. Anyone ever heard of this proprietor of other examples of this flask ? Thanks, john

    tips on digging filled in cellar

    All, I've got a possible great dig coming up and was looking for any tips on how to crack open an old stone/mud/brick cellar that has been colapsed and filled in for over 100 years. just waiting for a break in the heat wave for my buddy and me to tackle. thanks, john

    CERTAIN CHANCRE CURE - PALESTINE TEXAS

    Hi, Anyone ever seen a bottle like this ? It was bought at a flea market in Oklahoma. Its embossed "CERTAIN CHANCRE CURE" in an arch followed by "C.R. THOMASSON" and followed by "PALESTINE TEXAS". Bottle is amber in color, 3-1/2 to 4 inches tall. I think it might be a scarce to rare one...
