    Unembossed Half Gallon jar - Cleaned Up

    Hi : Here are pictures of the jar all cleaned up. It is a ground top, has a horizontal seam at the shoulder and I don't have a lid. I have to assume any embossing would have been on the lid.Anyone recognize this jar ??Would really appreciate any help. Thanks jaroadshow[attachment=IMG_5258.JPG]

    5 3/4" Tall Shell Oil bottle

    Looking for any information I can find on this old Shell Oil bottle my Son dug. It is 5 3/4" inches tall , screw cap and has what looks like the "D" in a diamond embossed on the bottom and an underlined "6" on the bottom. The "D" would signify Diamond Glass Co. of Canada.I have not seen this...

    Unusual jar lid I just picked up.
