hi everyone, found this jar a while ago, i brought it home because of the color. i cleaned it tonight and found it is older than i thought. there is no embossing, but it has a ground lip. any ideal on age would be greatley appreciated. thanks, rhona

RHONA...guesstimate about 1900 plus or minus....possibly a product jar. I have dug both clear & aqua ones similar...all bubbly and crude lookin'...some with ground mouths...Probably not worth much, but toted 'em home just the same...[:D]

hi whiskeyman, thanks for looking and sharing. may not be worth much, but neat with the bubbles and ripples in the glass. will be passing thru your area the 2nd week in sept. going to pigion forge, tenn. to an old car show. there's a stream running thru the town, maybe i walk along it in find some old bottles.[:D] rhona
