I know this bottle won't interest everyone, but if you're a Coke guy (or gal), you know how tough this bottle is to find. Offered here to benefit our forum is a Nov. 16, 1915 Coke from Lewistown, PA. This bottle is dug, and has been well-used, but will look great on the shelf. Its worst issue is a small chip on the side, which I will picture. Other than some small bruises around the base and one more tiny flake right above the heel, that is all that's really wrong with it.
I have done a lot of digging in and around Lewistown, and the 1915 Cokes rarely even turn up around here. I am fortunate to have two nice examples in my collection, so I would like for this one to find a home with a collector who needs it.
This auction will end at midnight on Sunday, December 6. Winning bidder please make payment as a donation to the forum, I will pay for shipping. As soon as I hear from Roger that your donation has been received, the bottle will be on its way. Thanks and good luck! ~Jim
