1965 MD Hillbilly Bottles - Can anyone help me understand the markings and the values

There were almost 100 different bottles that stated "filled by" on the face

Is there an available database or list of the names?

I have 4 Mountain Dew Hillbilly bottles that I put aside almost 40 years ago and I was hoping some of the experts here could help me understand the markings and the values. The back sides are all the same except for the Lou and JoAnn bottle has three small dots at the bottom of the label.

Sadly, what you have are all commons. The wording and names is what determines the value. There are also oddities like bottles with numbers (rare) bottle styles/paint and size. The book will tell you everything you need to know. One of the few party jugs (super rare) sold for 10k last year. I’ve been collecting Dew for forty years and the stuff is expensive
