Today I was up at the Empire Quartz Mine in Sierra County California. After coming out of the mine shaft, I was walking around and found a 99.9% pristine(one small chip in the bottom of the neck) Roanoke Rye Shea-Bocqueraz Co. Bottle! The mine has been active from 1870 and they have found all kinds of cool old stuff. But an intact bottle that came from San Francisco from 1906 - 1917 (it has the -, not the &) was prett cool.
