Here is two eclectic oil bottles from Fort wayne. Both are post bottom mold druggist bottles that date around 1870 or 1880s. I having trouble finding anything on the keller medicine company online. Any company info would help, thank you
Wow, those are great, a knockoff of Eclectric Oil! I bet the labels are very rare and the bottles themselves probably aren't too common either - the knockoff companies generally weren't too successful - especially if they were charging 50 cents per bottle! That was a lot of money in those days.
It is ridiculous what it says this oil can cure. Bites of poison reptiles, soar nipples, a caked breast . 50 cents back then would have the buying power of 14 or 15 dollars today.
