Here is a picture of a couple of inks I recently dug from a 1840's pit.I had never seen the one on the right before,or any fluted bottle this small. It is embossed D & B.It was stained with ink so I know that's what it originally contained.I assume it stands for David & Black's.Any other thoughts? The other one is nice and tall and good Ohio aqua.
