Many of her poems make me cry. I guess that is the sign of a good writer. Her senior project is actually a short story. I can't wait to read it. She told me it was a mystery set during WWII.

Too cool Melinda, the apple that is my eldest fell far from the tree, thank goodness. She amazes me with her talents and intelligence, though what I love the most is how kind a person she is.

I was an army brat, now I'm just a brat....oh...wait, I work for the army...still an army brat I guess!

I too am amazed that God gave me three wonderful, giving kids. I am truly blessed.
