Thanks Matt, sorry about the typing error.Any info on how long they where at 375 Broadway N.Y and is there any way of knowing whether this bottle was made in England or the U.S.A? I am in Bermuda which is part of the British Colony, also we have had almost 300 years of trade with the East Coast of the U.S.

I dug an Old Dominion Wheat Tonic in forest green from A.M. Bininger in the same shape bottle as yours.
I'm pretty sure that is an american bottle, being from New York.

The first bottles were made in England for A.M BININGER and shipped over, any info on when they stopped and the U.S Glasshouses began production?

Bininger's marked English made bottles are black glass seals. The case-style and figural bottles are American made. The English made seals are very rare. Seems to me that he began using embossed American made bottles in the 1850s.
