With bottle hunting plans going south I decided to drive a bit and ended up in Harmony, NC at an estate auction. Myself and my 9 year old daughter stayed and got a few things. When I got home to do the research I was a bit shocked at what we got. I do have a couple questions that I hope somebody here can answer.

Lot#1 2 smal crystal dishes, a bronze bottle opener, and a telescopic cup with cover

I got this lot because of the bronze bottle opener. So here comes question #1 - Has anyone know anything about this queen bottle opener? I has no writing on it anywhere so I'm clueless -

Now one of the coolest steals from the auction, an old cream can which is still in very nice shape. There is still readable embossing on the cream can "M-CREAMERY MOORESVILLE" Though I haven't found out anything about this dairy, I do believe it was from Mooresville, NC as Harmony is just a little over ten miles away. Question #2 - Is there anyone out there that knows anything about M-Creamery? I would love to find anything out about this. #3 Also since there is embossing and I know where it's from, what could the value of this peice be?

And now the steal of the day! Nearly everything in the auction was underbid. I got 8 antique hats valued at $120 for $5. Then there was the lot of three dolls I got for $1. Two are ceramic and this one was in the lot. A worker from the auction came up to me afterward and handed me the box to the doll and bingo we had a winner!

And here was the kicker, the box -

The Ashton-Drake Galleries special edition "Mommy I'm Sleepy" signed and numbered by the original artist. Valued at $155. I though this was a nice little pick for $1!

I think I like this auction thingy.

Good luck hunting.

Thanks for the comments.

I believe I figured out the M-Creamery to be the The Mooresville Cooperative Creamery that was formed in 1914. They started their pasteurizing in 1937 and shortly introduce "Pure-Pak" cartons which replaced the glass bottles [:'(] Their slogan was "I Serve Healthful Mooresville Creamery milk,,,,,it's country fresh"
