I'm happy to have added this pint strapside tonight, it makes about 15 Schwarz flasks in all, but I had to outbid a fellow NJB member which I don't like, but that's the way the game is played I guess. Only good thing is he doesn't specialize in Paterson, so I think it's returning to it's rightful home...

I already have the 'QUART' so adding his little brother makes me happy...

Yeah I guess, all the Schwarz flasks seem to have longer necks, I'll check them against others in my collection and see how they compare...

Dam boy, how do you keep doing this, I don't think I could add that many Baltimore bottles I don't have!

nice flask, no friends when bidding on bottles.
There are for me, unless it's something really rare. Me and a few other Paterson collectors actually email or call one another when something good comes up on Ebay and determine who will and won't be bidding depending on need. If the person we decided to let bid has a "Set $ amount", and the bidding exceeds that amount, then it's fair game...

It has worked out well over the last few years, the one time there was a potential bidding war was when the seller had two of the same bottle, so two of us made out well when I bought the pair and we shared them. They looked likie this... [;)]

rare bottles fair game but your right about others, should be a way to work it out with others but sometimes you get stepped on. those citrates are nice. been looking for the one and only citrate from my hometown but its been tough, only 2 known. I would definitely fight to get one.
