Any Ideas?

Any ideas or information on this bottle? I found it recently in the Chattanooga, TN area. The pictures aren't great but I can tell you the seam stops at the lip. The only markings on the bottle are on the bottom, "3 5 4". Nothing else. The pontil is very slightly raised on the bottom.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
