Hi, without a label it's hard to say exactly but it looks like a cold cream, lip balm or ointment from the '40's or so.What are the dimensions?

The bottom is about half way down on my bottle the bottom Vicks look like a regular bottle

It could be Vicks but they almost always marked the products until later. A trial size Noxzema comes to mind also but unless you can get something off that lug cap there is no way to be sure. All you can be mostly safe with is a jar made by Maryland Glass co from the 1920's-40's as a start. There was a lot of overlap with screw tops so the range could be wider.I'm still guessing 40's or so.
