Hello! I’m finally going through some of my moms belongings. Can anyone tell me about this jar? I can’t find any information with a 21 on the bottom. Thank you!

Hi! Absolutely! I’ll get better pics today. I got excited when I found this and others in a box. But quick searches didn’t help me.

Kinda looks like an early masons pat but still hard to tell from the photos, could be what is referred to as a "crowleytown Mason" but just cant tell for sure from the pics. what is the size ie quart pint etc? You might want to ask the moderators to move this thread to the jars thread to get more jar people to view it. If it is a "crowleytown" value is pretty high. the other jars shown are pretty common perfect masons.

It's not a Crowleytown from what I see. A pretty standard jar; worth $5 or so. The marks on the base are mold identifiers.

The number is simply a mold number. No one knows what the triangle means.
But it likely indicated the manufacturer. And there are several different types of
Mason's Patent Nov 30TH 1858 jars with triangle marks on the bottom.
