Has anyone ever heard of a Downer Glass Works, near Glassboro, NJ? Are they reproductions, originals, etc?

Any info on them would be appreciated - I can't find anything on line.

So, I take it, anything from them is a repro? I just got something on ebay that the guy says came from them, and I was looking for an age bracket, etc.
