I am trying to help someone date an Amer Picon bottle.
If anyone is able to help with the approximate era of it, I'd be much obliged.
A photo of the bottle to be dated is at the end of this message. It has a French label on it.
Here is my surmising so far.
The French label I've uploaded here is very similar to the label shown here, http://www.cocktaildb.com/ingr_galleryDetail?id=17&assetID=211
save that the language on this linked-to photo has been translated into English.
I note that the importer on the linked-to label is Jules Berman & Associates of Beverly Hills, CA.
Jules Berman lived from 1911 to 1998 (http://articles.latimes.com/1998/jul/22/news/mn-6063)
So the English version of the label is clearly from sometime in his lifetime. Would be a question I guess of figuring out when the French version of that design started being used.
I found a gallery of Amer Picon bottles from over the years here:

but with no attached info.
