uncle bens may be a very rare bottle, no ebay history is a good sign and its listed as extremly rare in the acl hand book

no info on Micky but looks good
a few of the marvels and rose valley also appear to be pretty rare bottles for example one marvel rootbeer sold for $35.00 about 15 years ago, just an example value could be more or less depending on how many have surfaced recently condition is the key and yours looks good another marvel rb sold on ebay within the last 6 months and brought $1.00 but the label was trashed.
play on this site it has a a b c rating a being common to c being scarce to rare some of the marvels are b and c rated..

SB ~

The "Mickey" bottle is definitely cool. I tried finding it on the Internet but struck out. However, while looking around I stumbled onto this article claiming that Pittsfield, Massachusetts is where baseball originated in the late 1700s. And, no, there doesn't appear to be a connection with the bottle and Mickey Mantle.

I'm know I'm stretching things with this one. But you just never know how far a soda bottler might go to come up with a name in order to promote their product.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mickey_McDermott

Norman Rockwell's painting of "The Rookie," on the cover of the Saturday Evening Post. Many believe it is about Mickey McDermott. Figuring prominently in the work, right of center, is “the rookie,†who was actually Sherman Safford, a high school athlete in Pittsfield, MA, asked to model for the painting.

I have a red/yellow Uncle Ben Beverages.
Do you, or anyone, know if there is an Uncle Ben's Cola bottle?

Never seen the Mickey bottle. I'm in for a C-note...

More stretching ...

When Norman Rockwell painted "The Rookie" in 1956-57 I bet everyone in Pittsfield, Mass. was aware that Sherman Safford was the person who posed for Rockwell as the baseball player Mickey McDermott.

P.S.

soda bottle ~

What year is the "Mickey" bottle dated?

Thanks.
